Gourmet Catering & Private Dining

 We specialize in crafting gourmet food experiences designed to elevate any gathering - from intimate dinner parties to corporate events, staff lunches, and celebratory occasions. Whether you're hosting something casual or more refined, each menu is thoughtfully created to suit the tone, preferences, and needs of your event.


We offer a curated selection of sample menus that can be executed as is or used simply as inspiration for a fully customized experience. From start to finish, clients can expect a seamless and enjoyable experience. We take care of every detail - from setup to cleanup - so you can focus on hosting, connecting with your guests, and enjoying the evening without the stress of preparation.

Poached egg and smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onions, arugula, crispy capers, and finished with a dill hollandaise sauce on a toasted 

Crème Brûlée French Toast

Classic French toast topped with a rich vanilla custard and finished with a caramelized sugar crust

Avocado & Ricotta Toast

 Thinly sliced avocado, whipped ricotta, asparagus ribbons, radish, fresh microgreens, and your choice of poached or softly scrambled eggs

Breakfast Charcuterie

 A shareable spread of assorted fruits, mini waffles, bacon, sausages, honey yogurt, assorted jams, and more. Mix, match, add, or remove - the world is your oyster

Suitable for any event, with elevated small bites designed for grazing and mingling

Pulled Pork Wonton Cups

Crispy wonton cups filled with pulled pork in Japanese BBQ sauce, topped with sriracha aioli, pickled red onions & cucumber, garnished with cilantro (tuna/salmon substitution available)

Whipped Ricotta & Bruschetta Crostini

Crisp, herbed crostini with whipped ricotta and classic fresh bruschetta, finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze

Smoked Salmon Puff Pastry

Flaky puff pastry bites filled dill & chive cream cheese, smoked salmon, finished with capers and fresh dill (optional salmon row add-on)

Italian Sliders

Italian-style slider layered with soppressata, prosciutto, salami, mozzarella, finished with arugula, pesto & roasted red pepper aioli

Beef Carpaccio

Thinly sliced beef tenderloin, served in the classic raw preparation, with crispy capers and dollops of parmesan mousse. Paired with a lemon-caper dressed arugula, pickled shallots, and herbed crostini

Prawn & Ricotta Ravioli

Handmade ravioli with a prawn and lemon ricotta filling, served in a velvety garlic cream sauce with a drizzle of basil and prawn oil. Finished with whole shrimp and fresh herbs. (Lobster substitution available) 

Pesto Arancini

Golden-fried risotto balls with a basil pesto finish, set atop a house-made sauce made with roasted garlic, sweet onion, and roasted tomatoes. Garnished with parmesan and basil

Classic Tiramisu

Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and cocoa. Available as individual portions or served family-style for traditional Italian-style scooping

Tuna Tataki

 Thinly sliced sesame-crusted tuna in yuzu ponzu sauce, finished with edamame & wasabi purée, garnished with crispy shallots and served with crispy rice chips. Salmon roe caviar add-on

Crispy-skinned pork belly with a rich miso glaze, set on a silky cauliflower purée with charred king oyster mushrooms, bok choy, and micro cilantro

Kimchi Gyoza

 Pan-seared prawn & pork gyozas in a kimchi-prawn sauce, finished with a light lemon grass foam, garnished with micro-cilantro 

Matcha Coconut Cheesecake

Creamy matcha cheesecake with coconut, topped with coconut mousse and a delicate white chocolate tuile

Clients can reach out via phone, e-mail, or on our website's contact form. To get started, we'll ask for a few basics:

Consultation & Vision

 Once we receive your inquiry, we'll talk through:

• Your vision for the event

• Preferences (style, vibe, favourite/least favourite flavours, spice level, etc.)

• Service style options (family-style, plated, cocktail, or a combination, etc.)

• Budget

During this time, we will share details about our sample menus and the overall catering experience. After understanding the client's vision, we guide them through the menu options where they can either choose from our menus or be used as inspiration. Once the menu is agreed upon, we will confirm the details in writing, including the menu, date, time, and pricing.

Dietary Restrictions

 It is crucial for clients to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies during this stage. This includes any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary preferences that could affect the meal preparation. We encourage clients to be as detailed as possible to ensure all guests can enjoy the meal safely. 

Minimum Bookings

Pricing is tailored to each event, taking into account guest count, menu design, and service style. While per-person pricing can be provided as a guideline, all bookings are subject to a minimum spend of $500.


To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required once all details have been confirmed. The remaining balance will be due within 72 hours following the event.
